The Ukraine is one of the world leaders in deposits of natural stone, mainly granite of unique colours. According to the estimation of the State Gemmological Center of Ukraine the deposits of natural stone reaches about 200 million cub. meters. 

  In Ukraine annually is quarrying 250 thousand cubic meters of various kinds of stone, which on its physicomechanical qualities, strength characteristics and colour spectrum keeps one of the first places in the world. 

  Considering the necessity of reequipment of existing quarries and factories, introductions of new industrial lines, use of the newest highly productive technologies, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organize the 8-th International specialized exhibition "STONE QUARRYING AND PROCESSING",which will be held from the 19th till the 21st ofOctober 2011, in theInternational Exhibition Centr, 15 Brovarskiy ave.,Kiev, Ukraine.
